Order cancellations are allowed only before dispatch from warehouse. A Payment gateway fee will be charged for cancellations.
Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 20 days to the original payment method.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed. If returned (for prepaid orders), a deduction fee will apply.
